I had a lovely stay at this hotel with an amazing view over the park. The rooms were cozy with a shower, perfect for the children to enjoy, and had a lovely view. The service, unfortunately, didn't meet my expectations, lacking in various aspects like room service, housekeeping, and pet amenities. The location felt odd being in the conservatory where only families were present. The dining experience was mixed, with quality food but served in a dark corridor without proper signage. However, the facilities were great, especially for the children, making the stay enjoyable overall.
