Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with an amazing view over the park. The rooms were cozy with a shower, perfect for the children to enjoy, and had a lovely view. The service, unfortunately, didn't meet my expectations, lacking in various aspects like room service, housekeeping, and pet amenities. The location felt odd being in the conservatory where only families were present. The dining experience was mixed, with quality food but served in a dark corridor without proper signage. However, the facilities were great, especially for the children, making the stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel offers a lovely view across parkland from the rooms, making it fantastic for children. The service was not up to par, lacking room service, housekeeping, and other amenities. Located in Café s by the Ickworth castle, the hotel provides a charming experience. The dining experience was average with traditional meals available. Overall, the facilities were decent but could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a fabulous view from the window and lovely rooms. The service was impeccable, and the location in the Bury area was ideal. However, the dining experience was a bit lackluster with limited options. The facilities were top-notch, providing a great overall experience.
